3. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We want you to love your PSDUSmall items. If you are not fully satisfied, here is our policy:
Eligibility: Items must be returned in original, unworn, unwashed condition, with all tags attached, within 30 days of delivery.
Hygiene Policy: For the health and safety of all customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any underwear or intimate apparel that has been worn, tried on without protective garments, or where the hygiene liner has been removed. Activewear must have the original tags attached and show no signs of wear.
Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at [email protected] within the return window to receive instructions and a Return Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA may not be accepted.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges: We gladly offer exchanges for size or color, subject to stock availability. Please follow the return process and specify your desired exchange item.
