  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any underwear or intimate apparel that has been worn, tried on without appropriate protective garments, or where the hygiene liner has been removed or compromised.

2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Any product that does not meet the eligibility conditions above.

  • Gift cards.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
